Safety labels and signs, made for the people who specify them

Wholesale Customize Labels supplies standards-based safety labels, facility signs, tags and custom industrial printing to manufacturers, distributors and facility teams across the United States.

Risk is everywhere: on machines, in plants and in public places. Clear, standardized warnings help people recognize a hazard and avoid it, and they protect the business that put them there. That is the work we do.

We keep a catalog of 2,613 ready-made designs for the hazards buyers ask about most, and we print custom versions of any of them: new wording, a different symbol, a bilingual message, a logo, serial numbers or QR codes, in the size and stock the application needs.

Most of our customers buy in volume. Machine builders put our labels on every unit they ship. Distributors resell them under their own accounts. Facility teams roll out signage across many sites at once. We built our ordering around that: one quote for a whole list, and part numbers that stay the same when you reorder.

How we work

Standards first

Every catalog design follows the ANSI Z535 and ISO 3864 rules for its signal word, symbol and message panels, and facility signs follow OSHA 1910.145. When a standard changes, the designs change with it.

The right stock for the place it goes

We match material to the environment it will live in: temperature, chemicals, UV, abrasion and washdown. The ratings for all 36 stocks are published, not hidden behind a sales call.

A proof before anything custom prints

Custom wording, symbols, sizes and data are proofed and approved by you before production, so the label that arrives is the label you signed off.

Pricing and paperwork that suit volume buyers

Volume pricing on every line, net terms for approved accounts, purchase orders by email, tax certificates on file and reorders by part number.

Bring us the hard ones

A label that has to survive a caustic washdown, a sign set for forty sites, a warning that has to read the same in English and Spanish. Tell us what it has to do.
