Follow these safety instructions to avoid serious injury or death. - Follow lock out procedure before performing any maintenance to ice machine. Lock out procedure: 1. Disconnect power. 2. Remove drive belt from belt pulleys. OR 1. Turn main power disconnect switch handle to OFF position. 2. Pull out lock out tab on handle and place lock or tag to prevent accidental start up. - Follow these procedures when required to work INSIDE ice machine: 1. Disconnect power and/or lock out all attached ice transportation or storage equipment 2. Use safety belt with standby person outside of machine. - If ice machine is stopped by "load limit" switch, check and correct before restarting ice machine. Lock out procedure and safety instructions are also located in manual.
