What we sell
Wholesale Customize Labels supplies industrial safety labels, signs, tags and identification products to businesses. The catalog covers safety labels in ANSI Z535.4 and ISO 3864-2 formats, safety signs in OSHA-style, ANSI Z535.2 and ISO 7010 formats, tags and nameplates, pipe markers, floor markers and tape.
Alongside the catalog, custom labels, signs and tags carry your wording, symbols, logo, languages and variable data such as serial numbers and barcodes.
How wholesale quoting works
There is no checkout. Add products to your quote list as you browse, or paste a list of part numbers and quantities on the quote page. We reply with pricing for each line at your quantities and an estimated ship date. Anything custom comes with a proof.
Volume pricing is available on request and applies across the whole order. Your quote confirms quantities, pricing and ship date before anything is produced, and custom work starts only after you approve the proof.
Catalog or custom
Order from the catalog when a stock design says what you need: it already has a part number and a fixed layout. Go custom when the hazard, wording, size, language or material is specific to your equipment or site. You can also start from a catalog part and ask for a change.

Wholesale accounts and net terms
Distributors, resellers, OEMs and multi-site facility teams that order regularly can apply for a wholesale account. Approved accounts can pay on net terms, send purchase orders by email and keep tax exemption or resale certificates on file.

Buying from the US and Canada
We take quote requests from businesses across the United States and Canada. Give your ship-to address with the request; the shipping method and cost are confirmed in the quote, and for Canadian orders so are duties, taxes and brokerage.

How do I get wholesale pricing?
Send a quote request with the part numbers and quantities you need. Pricing comes back for each line at your quantities.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums vary by product. Each product page shows the minimum for that item, and for custom work the quote confirms it.
Do you offer net terms?
Yes, for approved wholesale accounts. Apply on the wholesale page; otherwise orders are paid before production.
Can I resell your labels?
Yes. Distributors and resellers can apply for a wholesale account and send a resale certificate so it is applied to invoices.
Are these labels all I need for OSHA?
No label can do that on its own. Our designs are laid out in OSHA-style, ANSI and ISO formats, but you decide which labels your equipment and site need and confirm the rules that apply. See section 3 of our terms.
How do I reorder?
Send the part numbers from your quote or invoice with the new quantities. Custom designs reprint from the artwork you approved.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Check your order when it arrives and tell us promptly, with photos. Our return policy explains replacements, returns and refunds.
