Custom industrial labels
Warning, instruction and identification labels for plants and equipment, with your wording, symbols, sizes and data, proofed before anything prints.
How do I customize industrial warning labels?
Start from a catalog design or a blank label, change what you need, and send it for a quote. You can do it three ways:
- Open the online label designer, pick a signal word and symbol, type your message, set the size and download a print PDF.
- Ask for a catalog part with different wording, size, language or material on a quote request.
- Upload your own artwork, a drawing or a photo of the label you use now.
Every custom design comes back as a proof to approve or correct, and printing starts only after approval.
What can change
- Wording, signal word and the hazard symbol.
- Size and shape, to fit the space on the machine.
- Languages, including side-by-side or stacked bilingual text.
- Logos, part numbers, serial numbers, barcodes and QR codes.
- Material, adhesive and laminate for the surface and environment.
Files that print cleanly
Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG) keep text and symbols sharp at any size. Photos and scans work for a first proof. Our guide to artwork file preparation covers formats, fonts and bleed.
Material for an industrial setting
Oils, solvents, heat and abrasion decide the stock as much as the wording does. Typical figures for each catalog material are on the materials page, labelled as catalog data rather than a specification. Name the chemicals and temperatures in your request and the quote confirms the stock.

Common questions
How do I customize industrial warning labels?
Design one in the online label designer, ask for changes to a catalog part, or upload your own artwork. You approve a proof before printing.
Can I keep the part number of a catalog label I changed?
A changed design gets its own part number or revision, so the original and the custom version never get mixed up on a reorder.
Can I add my company logo?
Yes. Send it as a vector file if you have one; a high-resolution PNG works for a first proof.
Can each label carry a different serial number?
Yes. Send a numbering range or a spreadsheet, and check the first and last records on the proof.
Do you write the hazard wording?
No. The wording comes from your risk assessment; the label is laid out and proofed as you approve it.
